Client Responsibilities:

Clients engaging with Evetech Solution services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project development.
• Collaborate actively during the development process, including providing timely feedback and approvals.
• Abide by the payment terms and conditions as agreed upon in the project contract

Intellectual Property:

All software solutions developed by Evetech Solution remain the intellectual property of Evetech unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project contract. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software for their internal business purposes.

Confidentiality:

Evetech Solution and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the project duration and thereafter.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be specified in the project contract. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in project delays or termination.

Project Delivery:

Evetech Solution will make all reasonable efforts to deliver projects within agreed timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to delays. Evetech shall not be held liable for such delays but will communicate promptly with the client regarding any changes to project timelines.

Support and Maintenance:

Upon project completion, Evetech Solution may offer support and maintenance services as per the terms outlined in the project contract.

Limitation of Liability:

Evetech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.

Amendments:

Evetech Solution reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such modifications shall constitute your consent to the updated terms.
