What We Do

Web Application Development

Our challenge was to empower the Ribka Furniture team with a centralized system capable of managing the complexity of furniture production workflows. Previously handled through manual board tracking, production data needed to be digitized across multiple stages—from raw material intake and kiln drying to finished goods and warehouse management. We designed the Ribka Production System from the ground up to be a structured yet easy-to-use platform. The focus was on simplifying operational processes for staff, providing clear and accurate production visibility for management, and building a scalable system to support Ribka Furniture’s long-term operational growth.

Objective

Ribka Furniture aimed to replace its manual and fragmented board-based tracking system with a centralized, custom-built production management platform. The company needed a unified solution to monitor material flow, manage production stages—from kiln drying to finished goods warehouses—and provide accurate, real-time operational insights across the entire manufacturing process.

Challange

As Ribka Furniture scaled its production operations, reliance on manual board-based tracking and disconnected records created significant operational bottlenecks. Production data was difficult to update, material movement between processes was hard to track, and coordination between kiln drying, storage, and finished goods warehouses became inefficient. The team spent excessive time on manual monitoring, limiting accuracy and slowing down decision-making.

Solution

Our solution was a custom-built, end-to-end production management system designed to centralize and digitize Ribka Furniture’s entire manufacturing workflow. From raw material intake to kiln drying and finished goods storage, the platform transforms manual processes into a structured, transparent, and scalable digital system through the following stages : 1. Analysis & Planning We conducted an in-depth analysis of Ribka Furniture’s production flow, including raw material tracking, kiln drying stages, warehouse management, and inter-department coordination. This phase focused on understanding real operational challenges on the production floor and defining a clear Scope of Work to ensure the system aligned with actual manufacturing processes. 2. Design & Development Based on the approved analysis, we designed and developed a centralized production management platform. The system features structured production tracking, kiln dry monitoring, warehouse status updates, and role-based dashboards for different operational teams. The interface was built to be intuitive, enabling staff to transition smoothly from manual boards to a digital system. 3. Review & Testing Comprehensive testing was conducted to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and usability across all production stages. Feedback from operational staff was incorporated to refine workflows, validate tracking logic, and ensure the system reflected real-world production activities. 4. Deployment & Implementation The platform was deployed across Ribka Furniture’s production environment, accompanied by user onboarding and operational guidance. Ongoing monitoring ensured a smooth adoption process, enabling teams to manage production, material movement, and warehouse data more efficiently and transparently.

Result

The implementation of the centralized production management system significantly improved Ribka Furniture’s operational efficiency and production visibility. Manual tracking methods were replaced with a structured digital workflow, enabling teams to monitor material movement, kiln drying processes, and warehouse status in real time. As a result, coordination between departments became smoother, data accuracy increased, and decision-making became faster and more reliable.
